Seghill V Whitley Rugby League Team
Posted by: Quincy Jones
Seghill got off to a great start in this friendly game played on the Welfare. From the kick off, Seghill never looked weak anywhere on the park. Numerous tries were scored and everyone had a run out. The leauge team could not hold back the attack of constant strength from depth running.
Only a couple of silly pens, maybe from not knowing the rules?, were given away by Seghill which put the league team in Seghills 22, but stern defending kept them out for the duration of the game.
A big thankyou goes out to Nesty for arranging the match and pulling the lads together for a run out!
